Oldphones.com offers the following Returns Policy:

(1). EMAIL ME (jon@oldphones.com) to obtain a return merchandise authorization and for instructions on repacking the phone so it arrives intact. Failure to obtain a return authorization will result in a $10/item restocking fee.

(2). Items that arrive broken will not be refunded.

(3). You may return the telephone for full refund less shipping as long as the telephone is postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

(4). Please return all items in original packaging. It must arrive in the same shape it left here in.

(5). I do not accept returns beyond 7 days after arrival. To clarify: the return package has to be postmarked within 7 days of arrival. Obviously it will not arrive back at Oldphones within 7 days of its arrival.

(6). Pack it well. I cannot refund phones that arrive broken.

(7). Don't ship any phone on its side - that tends to result in a broken phone.

(8). Don't put the handset on the cradle. Wrap the handset in bubble wrap and separate the base from the handset with plenty of padding. The most common reason for phones being broken in shipping is the handset banging against the base of the phone in shipping.

(9). Special orders (e.g., orders that do not appear on my site) are not returnable for refund.

(10). The following items are not returnable: books, handset cords, light bulbs, new old stock receiver elements or extensicords that were previously sealed, and any item NOT listed on the site that was special ordered.

PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING:

(1). Items are shipped within a week unless back-ordered. Whenever possible I ship on the next business day after the order is placed. I do not guarantee that I can always ship the following day, so if there is urgency to your order please email me first (see above).

(2). Most telephone orders (as opposed to part orders) are shipped by UPS ground. You will receive a tracking number from UPS, but their estimated arrival is often a day off (too early) because I create the labels the night before they ship. Poor UPS, they mean well but they give you misinformation.

(3). We do not offer same-day shipping, even if you order overnight courier service. For example an "overnight shipping" order placed on a Wednesday will ship on Thursday and arrive on Friday.

Oldphones.com offers the following Limited Lifetime Warrantee:

Should your telephone fail to work within 3 months of delivery, we will fix or replace free of charge and ship back to you free of charge. After the first three months you will pay return shipping and for any parts if necessary. In other words, labor is always free for telephones purchased from Oldphones.com. We want your telephones to work for life.
